This was so simple. I have a wicker wreath that I wrapped a piece of fabric around. (I had done a little surgery to a shirt I have and this was the band of fabric I cut off of it) Then I took white ribbon and tied little bows all around it to hold the fabric down. I love the simple, ocean look to it. It looks adorable on the front door.
